What Do You Think?

I've spotted lots of teacher in Malaysia that they have the same bad thinking. If you don't know how to do they'll say ' This one also you dunno how to do ? ' The teacher's respond is mainly the reason why lots of students wouldn't ask the teachers abt what they dont know, because they know that the answer is gonna be the same.. LIKE THIS ALSO YOU DUNNO? such a sad case.
To all the teachers.. Students ask you for help and you cant reply them like that! Do you know how much it hurts? So what if last time ur teacher also say that to you? Is that my problem? What you have experienced doesn't mean every student of yours have to experience what you've been through too!

We can see that now if a student comfronts a teacher for help, if the teacher replied with a good and supportive answer for example : ' I'm glad that you ask ' or maybe giving some tips on how to be good in the subject. DURH.. of coz the student will be happy.. TEACHERS if you explain ones the student dun understand u explain again will die ah?! sorri... =) well.. when a student sees that u're trying ur best to explain most of them will be happy coz u would help them and not like other teachers juz tease them.. Among teachers theres a issue abt 'why aren't the students asking me questions?' duh think of how u respond lar.. but some of the teachers they're really really very patient and good.. they have their own special way of teaching and it really works..

Please lar teachers dun make ur classes so boring.. be professional pls.. when u're teaching dun play your phone or chit-chat with ur ah sam ah sam frens lar.. concentrate and focus on the students.. make sure they do their work.. if they dont then find a way.. Moreover.. u're a teacher for such a long time u should know wat to do.. Please dont waste ur time trying to scold ur students ask them to shut up lar call them idiots lar stupid lar.. u know how we will respond write? we'll laugh at u.. Why do you let your students change ur emotion that easily? be firm.. If your way of keeping them quiet is not working then try psychology way lor.. as a teacher u're suppose to educate not to scold and scream at ur students..

When is time for you to teach you teach.. When your not suppose to teach them be nice to them lar.. when they need help pls do help them.. If a student seeks help from you means they feel that u're close to them.. and grats! credits for that.. to become a good qualified teacher is not easy.. so wat if u have bad students? if u're a good teacher u can change them ^^ DO NOT MAKE UP A STUPID REASON and blaming them that it's the students they wun listen to u and so on.. You a teacher was once a student rite? well can't u think if u're a student wat do u think abt teachers? Please give good advice and tips for exams to help ur students..

I guess that's all o.0 but i know still got a lot ^^ juz that i cant think of any now..
